Maui "The Valley Isle"... Maui has something for everyone-From its magnificent legendary resorts.. to 42 miles of shimmering beaches' to the vast wilderness in the interior, Maui is a place of rare beauty. The island is centrally located within the Hawaiian island chain. Its major airport at Kahului is a 20 minute air flight from Honolulu. It is the second largest island and encompasses 729 sq miles with varying elevations from sea level to 10,023 feet atop Mt. Haleakala.

There are two major resort areas, West Maui which includes the world class golf courses at Kapalua, the beach activities and shopping in Kaanapali and the historic whaling town of Lahaina, and South Maui beginning with the long white beaches and fun shops of Kihei to the elegant spa and golf resorts and fine dining in Wailea and the rugged coast of Makena.

Windsurf in Hookipa where people come from around the world to challenge the waves and wind and take the road to Hana where old Hawaii struggles to remain unchanged... with a few minor additions for the weary traveler!

If all that isn't enough, if you visit between October and May, your stay will coincide with Maui's most cherished annual visitors, the migratory humpback whale. There are many, many reasons why the locals say "Maui No Ka Oi!"
